Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance’ : How it changed pop culture

Exactly a decade ago, on this day, Lady Gaga released her spectacular, unique take on love and heartbreak that quickly ended up becoming amongst the most loved songs of all time.

On the ten year commemoration of ‘Bad Romance,’ the American singer-songwriter is in a celebratory mood with an on the point Instagram post.

Earlier in the day, Lady Gaga, 33, took to Instagram and uploaded two photographs that show her in a tub.

The first seems to be from a collection of pictures she uploaded a few days ago, which indicated her post-show routine – the first step of which consists of an ice bath for five to 10 minutes.

In the first capture, she sits in an ice bath, her hands on each other. In the latter, Lady Gaga is seen again in a tub, this time with coolers on.

“Happy tenth Anniversary Bad Romance. Same woman, different bath,” she wrote while sharing the photos on Instagram.

Since being posted online less than five hours ago, her post has already crossed lakh ‘likes’ and exceeded more than 4,000 comments.

Earlier in the week, a tweet by Lady Gaga led to a lot of curiosity on the microblogging website. And why? She uploaded a Sanskrit mantra “Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu,” and it left thousands confused. It was possibly an indication of her collaboration with Indian music sensation Bappi Lahiri.
